Puppy Pre-School

For Puppies 8 to 16 weeks old. Learn basic cues and how to handle problems

Pet Dog Training Classes

Six week course covering sit, down, come, leave, learning good manners and being well socialised with people and other dogs. Small classes to give individual attention.

Confident in Company (intermediate class)

Want to feel confident taking your dog to your favourite coffee shop or meet friends?

Advanced

Advanced training, Agility, Rally O, and obtaining the Delta Canine Good Citizen Certificate.

Tina Patrao

Member Delta Professional Dog Trainers Association

Tina joined the team at Boroondara Dog Training in February 2010 as a student with the Delta Society and has since completed Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services (Canine Good Citizen) as an accredited dog training instructor. Tina is also a full time Veterinary Nurse at the Blackburn Vet Centre where she also conducts puppy preschool. Tina is passionate about reward based dog training and enhancing the bond between pets and owners.

Tina is owned by her three Collie Rough's named Shyla (15 years), Oscar (7 years), and Jezebel (7 months), a black and white cheeky cat by the name of Moochee, a black and white lop eared rabbit called Panda and a very talkative cockatoo called Newman. When Tina is not nursing or spending time with her pets she enjoys playing golf and barracking for her favourite football team North Melbourne.
